new occupation and money to live on

I had a heart attack at age 41. I am still with the same employer doing heavy work in a dairy processing plant cooler. I am not quite sure why I still go there. I am depressed, alcoholic. carpal tunnel in both hands. Obstructive sleep apnea.with severe on and off back pain that also requires daily medicine. I am sick of going to drs who push pills. Its beginning to look like thats the easiest thing for them to do so they can herd more of us in to get paid more.Is there a voice in the wilderness that can here my silent scream for help. It certainly isnt my employer of almost 20 yrs. They are patiently waiting for me to fall over or figure out a way to fire me to lesson the liability

Greeting fellow travelers of time and space. We appear to be going ,dont we? I hope so. The pain a bodys put thru here should at least let our spirits have some frequent flyer miles. Monitor came apon this eretheral plane in 1958. So as not to confuse anyone my last name is not Rockefeller. Im what you call an idealist who found out to late the world is mainly run by dry or wet but kissers. Dry being acceptable to most folks. At least its not as detectable. My nuclear family consists of A beautiful but sick wife, My grown son and my neighborhood acquired son also man sized
